HISTORY
Hristofor Bunardzhiev was born in 1962, Sagittarius.
He is a typical representative of the zodiac sign, with a clear vision for the future, with specific and precise goals, which he strives for in his personal and professional path.
He received his primary education at Kiril Hristov School, Stara Zagora. Later he continued, first at the Plovdiv English High School, and later at the Stara Zagora TET "G. Rakovski", where he graduated with honors, second in succession. Army, where he also studies Turkish.
Under the student exchange program he was sent to the Kiev Polytechnic Institute, majoring in "Hydropneumatic Automation". Later he decided to develop in the field of information technology and went into part-time education, taking two years for one individually. He began his professional career as a young specialist in the national complex "Maritsa East", where he created some of the first local computer networks and CAD systems in the country. At the age of 23 he is one of the youngest members of the Union of Mathematicians in Bulgaria, with the development of an applied software solution.

He finished a semester a year and a half before his classmates and graduated with honors!
On March 19, 1989, in the register of the Stara Zagora District Court, under number 6, he established EF "Bulkom" - one of the first private companies in the new economic history of the country. In the first year for 9 months the company managed to realize over BGN 300 thousand in sales revenues.
But the time for the development of information technology and applications has not yet come. After a careful analysis of the market situation in the early 90's, the company focuses on the agricultural sector as strategic for the development of our country. At the end of 1990. the first deliveries of plant protection products were made, and later in 1991. and 1992 develops a complete product portfolio of PPPs and fertilizers. The creation of a distribution network began with the opening of offices in Nova Zagora, Karnobat and Burgas in 1992.
Thus was born Bulagro AD - one of the few companies in the "Top 100" of Bulgaria in the agribusiness sector. Later, Buloil EOOD was established, the company that within the holding focuses on the supply of petroleum products, fuels, oils for the agricultural producer. Since 1996 Bulagro AD is an importer of high quality hybrid seeds, a guarantee for high yields. Later, the group's product portfolio included the repurchase of cereals and, as part of the risk management strategy, agricultural insurance.
After a careful analysis of the deplorable condition of the machine-tractor fleet of the country, since 1998. Bulagro Machinery AD is established - the company responsible for the import, distribution and most importantly - the organization of modern, efficient and highly professional service, modern agricultural machinery.
Today, the group's product portfolio includes leading brands such as BASF, Bayer, Kemtura, Valagro, Kosad Semans, Pöttinger, Hardy and many others.
Hristofor Bunardjiev is an Agribusinessman of Bulgaria for 2008 and 2012.
Socially significant projects are the two terms as chairman of the Employers' Club and the two terms as chairman of BATA. The second project also gave birth to the BATA AGRO exhibition, which is currently the largest exhibition of agricultural machinery not only in Bulgaria but also in the Balkans.
In 2012, Hristofor Bunardjiev was awarded the honorary title of Doctor Honoris Causa at the Thracian University in Stara Zagora. His merits to the development of the Faculty of Economics of the University include building a modern classroom, participation in the educational process as a guest lecturer, stimulating and supporting the practical training of students.
