Information on the activities of the Hristofor Bunardzhiev Foundation in 2013.

The Hristofor Bunardzhiev Foundation was established at the end of 2012. Since its establishment, the foundation has focused its efforts on an extremely important project for the region, namely the construction of a modern auditorium for the students of the Faculty of Economics of the Trakia University in Stara Zagora. In March, the construction works were completed and the university events are already taking place there. For this purpose, 41,701 BGN were spent in 2013.

Thus, even with its first project, the Foundation declared its serious commitment to society in order to support higher education, by building a material and technical base that would stimulate students' desire for development and success.

On this occasion, two of the distinguished students of the Faculty of Economics received a scholarship worth BGN 300.

In 2013, donations were made in connection with the development of folk songs and dances at the Folklore Community Center in the town of Polski Trumbesh - BGN 300. A donation of BGN 1,000 was also received by the Municipality of Stara Zagora on the occasion of the annual Jazz Forum Fest from 13.06 to 15.06.2013.

Initiatives of the "Association for Contemporary Art and Culture - A Different View" - 900 BGN, and Charity Evening - "Christmas Table of United Europe" - 1000 BGN were also supported.

A disabled individual received a donation in the form of firewood worth BGN 995.

With the amount of the donation of BGN 5,333.33, a church was repaired in the village of Yazdach, Stara Zagora district.

By carrying out the above-mentioned activities, the Foundation worked to achieve the goals set in its statute, namely: to support specific activities and programs of educational institutions, to support the creation, construction and modernization of educational institutions, to cooperate with state and municipal institutions, local and foreign organizations with a view to implementing projects aimed at achieving its goals.
