OPENING OF A MODERN AUDITORIUM IN TRAKIA UNIVERSITY

The new modern auditorium 3-A at the Faculty of Economics of Trakia University - Stara Zagora, was officially opened today with a solemn ceremony. The funds for the construction and equipment of the hall were donated to the university by the Hristofor Bunardzhiev Foundation.



The Minister of Agriculture and Food and previous rector of Trakia University Prof. Ivan Stankov cut the ribbon on the new auditorium, together with Mr. Hristofor Bunardzhiev and the current rector Prof. Ivan Vashin. The event was attended by a number of representatives of the municipality, local institutions, businesses, the media, as well as students and teachers from the Faculty of Economics, who were very pleased with the new acquisition.



The auditorium has a capacity of 100 seats and is fully equipped with the necessary furniture and equipment for the faculty's needs. Mr. Bunardzhiev expressed his happiness at the realization of the first cause of the foundation, which had been established at the end of 2012, and promised that he woul continue to support the development of young students in the future.

After the greetings from the official guests, there was an interactive part with questions and answers, during which the young people had the opportunity to openly ask Mr. Bunardzhiev about everything that interested them - from economy, business and politics to opportunities for professional development.

At the end of the event, two of the most distinguished graduates of the Faculty of Economics majoring in "Business Economics" received one-time scholarships from the Hristofor Bunardzhiev Foundation for excellent success and high achievements in the educational process.
